Malacca/Melaka (UNESCO World Heritage) is the capital of the Malacca state.
It's located in the southern region of the Malaysian Peninsula.
Its harbour is one of the oldest in Malaysia (founded around 1400).
It was successively colonized by Portuguese, Dutch and British.

It's touristy like George Town but a little bit more quiet.

I did the Malacca Dutch Heritage Trail (Dutch Square, St Paul's Hill, Porta De Santiago, ...).

I met again my Scotish friend (Bob) who I had met before in Cameron Highlands.

We went few times to the restaurant to enjoy the "Nyonya" food which combines Chinese, Malay and other influences ("Laksa", "Nasi Lemak", ...).

The last day, just before the sunset, we did the Melaka River Cruise.
