Australia (20.04.2014)

It's time to tell the truth :)
I didn't stay one month in Australia but only few days.

On arriving in Australia I felt alone and unconfortable.
When I was in Asia I used to meet people everyday.
We call it the "Backpacker Blues".

When I arrived I rented directly my car with a tent on the roof.
Maybe it was a mistake and I should have stay few days in Sydney to take a rest.
The days seemed endless and it was raining everyday.
The nights was long and difficult. I was cold and I couldn't sleep.
I also lost my appetite.

So after few days I decided to go back to Philippines in order to take a break for 3 weeks.
There I have friends who would take care of me.

I will put later few pictures of these 3 weeks.

Meanwhile, here are few photos and one movie of my staying in Australia.

Philippines - Bohol / Panglao Island - Part 1 (16.04.2014)

After my short escapade in Manila I finally met David at Tagbilaran airport located on Bohol island (Visayas province).
He was without his luggage. Delayed for security reason. David as usual :)
Fortunately we retrieved them the next day in the airport.

We mainly stayed on Panglao Island because David has a friend (Damien) who is working on Alona beach as diving instructor.

The first 3 days I booked a nice B&B located to the opposite of Alona beach ("The Cove House").
The next days we found an accommodation including scooter rental ("Hope Homes Resort") close to Alona beach. It was a little bungalow with only one bed. So yes I slept with David for 2 weeks. Don't worry nothing happened between us :)
Anyway it was just to sleep. Our headquarter was in Oasis Resort where we used to squat.

We did a little scooter ride to visit the main attractions of Bohol island:
- Tarsier Conservation Area, Tarsier is the smallest primate in the world
- Chocolates Hills
- Baclayon Church
We have seen the damage caused by the 7.2 magnitude earthquake that happened last October 15, 2013 almost a month before the typhoon Haiyan.

We also went to Balicasag and Virgin islands.
We saw dolphins, green sea turtles and a lot of beautiful fishes.
